The team of Mightyroar aim to satisfy our customers and we ask that if we fall short of this aim please let us know and we would endeavour to rectify it. Please be aware that this do not affect your statutory right as a customer of Mightyroar.
Orders:
We always strive to have enough stock to meet our customers’ orders but in situation where that’s not the case, following your email we would send you an email advising when the item might be back in stock. You have the option of waiting for your desired item to return in stock, accept and alternative or take a refund.
Liability:
If you receive an order that is not what you ordered, wrong quantity, damaged or defective or the products you ordered did not arrive, we have no liability to you except as set below. Under these clauses, if you notify us of the problem, our obligation will be:
to make good any shortage or non-delivery;
to supply and deliver suitable alternative products if your original ordered choice cannot be delivered for any reason;
to replace the damaged or defective products; or to refund you the amount paid by you for the products in question in whatever way we choose.

What happens about damaged or lost goods?
If goods are damaged we will process a replacement order or a refund, whichever you prefer. We reserve the right to request return of damaged goods for testing and inspection. Goods claimed to be lost would not be replaced if they have been delivered and signed for by your designated delivery location.
What if an item I order is out of stock?
If one of your items ordered is out of stock, we will substitute it with a similar item of equal or higher value with your permission. If you do not wish to have items substituted, please state ‘do not substitute’ in the special delivery instructions.
