Citrus and Chocolate Bars – 29 May 2022

Join me at 4pm UK / 5pm FR / 11am EST for a live cook during which we will be making this jaw dropping dessert: Citrus and Chocolate Bars.

These bars are raw, vegan, made with unrefined sugars and are fermented, therefore full of good bacterias which also add lightness to this dessert.

We will look at the fermentation process, the different flavour combinations and how you can turn these bars into a cake form too.

Nota: Recording will be available so no worries if you cannot make it on the day.
