Tarte Bourdaloue Class – 9th January

Join me at 4pm UK / 11 EST for a 2-hour live cook along during which we will be making this beautiful french classic the vegan way (Recording will be available so no worries if you cannot make it on the day).

We will be making a lovely sweet almond pastry, almond filling and poach some pears in vanilla infused homemade syrup.

We will also talk about glazing it. This a cooked tart not a raw one, using unrefined sugars.
