Quick Foccacia Style Bread
Ingredients
- 500 g 00 Wheat Flour
 - 30 g Buckwheat Flour
 - 7 g Dried Yeast
 - 12 g Salt
 - 350 g Water
 - Rosemary
 - Olive oil
 - Sel de Guérande
 
Instructions
- Mix the yeast in the water
 - Mix the two flours together
 - Add the yeasted water with the flour mix
 - Leave to rest for 30 minutes
 - Add the salt and mix again
 - Leave to prove for 90 minutes with one stretch and fold half way through
 - Pour olive oil in your baking tin and tip the dough in the tin
 - Sprinkle the fresh rosemary, add a good splash of olive oil and press with your fingers to dimple the dough
 - Pre heat the oven at 230 degrees
 - Leave the dough to prove for 20 minutes
 - Sprinkle the sel de Guérande and bake for 20 minutes
