Salt & pepper
Parsley
Ras el Hanout
Coriander
Turmeric
Cumin
Fennel
Pepper
Fenugreek
Chilli

Cardamon
Instructions
Peel and chop the vegetables
Mix the vegetables with the spice, salt & pepper and olive oil
Pre heat the over to 220 degrees
Cook the vegetables in a wide dish or 30 minutes, stirring one or twice
Add the chickpeas 5-10 minutes before the end of cooking
Stir-in the chopped parsley just before serving
