Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup sun-dried tomatoes soaked for ¾ hour
  • 1 medium tomato, quartered
  • 2 dates pitted (Medjool 40g or ¼ cup of agave syrup 60g)
  • 1 ½ tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 ½ tbsp water from sundried tomatoes
  • tsp onion powder
  • tsp garlic powder (optional)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Blend everything until smooth
