Roar tomato sauce

Ingredients
- ¼ cup sun-dried tomatoes soaked for ¾ hour
- 1 medium tomato, quartered
- 2 dates pitted (Medjool 40g or ¼ cup of agave syrup 60g)
- 1 ½ tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 ½ tbsp water from sundried tomatoes
- ⅛ tsp onion powder
- ⅛ tsp garlic powder (optional)
- Pinch of salt
