Roar vegan Mayonnaise
Equipment
- High speed blender(nutribullet ok)
Ingredients
- 60 ml soy milk kept cold in the fridge (¼ cup)
- 1 tsp maple syrup or agave nectar
- ½ tsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 tsp lemon juice (5 ml)
- 125 ml oil (sunflower, canola or rapeseed) (1/2 cup)
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients at the exception of the oil and the lemon juice in your blender and blitz for 5-10 second.
- Incorporate slowly the oil to create an emulsion.
- When the mayonnaise starts to thicken, add the lemon juice.
- You can add a little garlic with instruction one if you would like to make an aioli mayonnaise.
